Accessibility Statement

Loopstone Wholesale, LLC is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our platform for all users.

Our Accessibility Efforts

We have implemented the following accessibility best practices across the Loopstone platform:

  • Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy
  • ARIA landmark roles (banner, main, navigation, contentinfo) on all pages
  • Skip-to-main-content link on every page for keyboard users
  • All images include descriptive alt text
  • All form inputs have associated labels
  • Interactive elements (links, buttons) have visible focus indicators
  • Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimums
  • The platform is navigable using keyboard only
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • ARIA live regions for real-time auction updates (bid amounts, countdowns)
  • Navigation menus include aria-label and aria-current indicators

Known Limitations

While we work toward full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of our platform are still being improved:

  • Real-time SSE bid feed updates may not be fully announced by all screen reader software
  • Some PDF manifests may not be fully accessible to screen readers — text versions are available upon request
  • Certain third-party payment form elements may not meet all WCAG criteria — we are working with our payment provider to improve this

We do not claim to be fully or 100% accessible, and we use the word "strive" intentionally — accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.

Assistive Technology

Our platform has been tested with the following assistive technologies:

  • NVDA + Chrome (Windows)
  • VoiceOver + Safari (macOS and iOS)
  • TalkBack + Chrome (Android)
  • Keyboard-only navigation (no mouse)

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or file a complaint with relevant federal agencies regarding accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or applicable law.

Ongoing Commitment

We review and update this statement at least annually and whenever significant changes are made to the platform. Our goal is to make Loopstone accessible and usable for every reseller — regardless of ability or assistive technology.
