Common questions
What is the Buyer's Premium?
A 12% Buyer's Premium is added to the winning bid on all lots. This is shown in real time on the lot page so you always know your all-in cost before bidding. It's included in the final invoice total.
Are returns accepted?
No. All lots are sold as-is, where-is. We provide full manifests and condition grades to help you make informed bids, but we cannot guarantee the condition or functionality of individual items within a lot.
How does Soft Close work?
If any bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of an auction, the end time is automatically extended by 5 minutes. This repeats until no bid is placed in the final 5-minute window, giving all buyers a fair chance to respond.
Can I view lots in person before bidding?
Pre-auction inspections are available by appointment for truckload lots ($250/hr warehouse fee). Pallet lots are not available for pre-inspection. All manifests are downloadable at no charge before you bid.
What happens if I win but don't pay?
Invoices are due within 48 hours of auction close. Unpaid invoices result in a $150 re-listing fee charged to your account and may result in account suspension. Repeated non-payment results in permanent ban and deposit forfeiture.
Is my $500 deposit refundable?
Yes, fully. Your deposit is held as account credit. You can request a refund at any time as long as you have no outstanding invoices or fees. Processing takes 5–7 business days.
